聯(lián)合國(guó)外空司司長(zhǎng)Ms.Simonetta Di Pippo曾于2018年9月應(yīng)研究院邀請(qǐng)，蒞臨研究院訪問，開展航天國(guó)際合作實(shí)地考察。

攜手翱翔太空 謀求共同利益

研究院：Since 2017, the Chinese Office of MannedSpace Engineering has worked closely with the United Nations Office for OuterSpace Affairs. The Chinese government and the United Nations have opened thedoor to China ’s space station to allcountries. At present, the research and construction of the Chinese spacestation is being carried out in an orderly manner. So on the basis of thecurrent cooperation, what kind of evaluation and expectations do you have forthe China Space Station project?（2017年以來(lái)，中國(guó)載人航天工程辦公室與聯(lián)合國(guó)外空司緊密合作，中國(guó)政府?dāng)y手聯(lián)合國(guó)向各國(guó)敞開中國(guó)空間站大門，目前，中國(guó)空間站研制建設(shè)工作正在有序開展，計(jì)劃于2022年前后建成并投入使用。那么在目前合作的基礎(chǔ)上，您對(duì)于中國(guó)空間站項(xiàng)目有著什么樣的評(píng)價(jià)和期待？）

Ms.Simonetta Di Pippo：

China launched its human space flightprogram by 1992. Since then, the program developed extremely fast and there issteady manner with each successive mission lying the foundation for the nextstep.（中國(guó)自1992年就啟動(dòng)了載人航天飛行計(jì)劃。從那以后，這個(gè)項(xiàng)目發(fā)展得非?？?，每一次任務(wù)的成功都奠定了下一步行動(dòng)的基礎(chǔ)。）

 As of now, China is one of the only 3nations, countries with own capacity send its astronauts into space, and returnthem safely to earth. Just 27 years, since the Chinese human space mannedprogram swaps china’s constructing its own space station and it’s willing towork with united nations to open this opportunity to all countries bring thebenefits of human kind.（到目前為止，中國(guó)是僅有的三個(gè)有能力將宇航員送入太空并安全返回地球的國(guó)家之一。時(shí)隔27年，中國(guó)載人航天工程完成后，中國(guó)開始建設(shè)自己的空間站，并且中國(guó)愿與聯(lián)合國(guó)共同努力，向世界各國(guó)開放這一造福人類的機(jī)遇。）

 China’s own program will also progressingwell and achieving great results. Dispect China to bring great contributions tomore and more space stations in the future. In 2019, UNOOSA and CNSA signed tocooperate in responding the benefits of and access to data from China’s lunarand space program missions to the international community. In particular, theparties will work together to encourage countries to actively participant inChina’s lunar and its space mission and to promote the development oftechnological capabilities and scientific progress in this fields and globallevel in lane with the human space mission to bring the benefits of space toall human kind. We look forwardto advancing joined work on this exciting cooperation.（中國(guó)自己的項(xiàng)目也將進(jìn)展順利，取得巨大成果。希望中國(guó)未來(lái)能越來(lái)越多的為空間站做出巨大貢獻(xiàn)。2019年，聯(lián)合國(guó)外空司和中國(guó)國(guó)家航天局簽署了《關(guān)于在中國(guó)月球和深空探測(cè)中開展合作的協(xié)定》合作協(xié)議，以應(yīng)對(duì)中國(guó)月球和空間計(jì)劃任務(wù)向國(guó)際社會(huì)提供數(shù)據(jù)的好處和獲取數(shù)據(jù)的途徑。特別是,雙方將共同努力,鼓勵(lì)各國(guó)積極參與中國(guó)的月球和太空任務(wù)以提升技術(shù)能力的發(fā)展和科學(xué)進(jìn)步，同載人空間任務(wù)一起將從太空取得的利益分享給全人類。我們期待著推進(jìn)這一令人興奮的合作。）

The research areas proposed by the winnersincludes space medicine, space life science, biotechnology, micro-gravity,fluid physics, micro-gravity combustion, astronauts manned space technologies,each of these areas can bring concealable benefits for development in humanlife here in the earth.（獲獎(jiǎng)?wù)咛岢龅难芯款I(lǐng)域包括空間醫(yī)學(xué)、空間生命科學(xué)、生物技術(shù)、微重力、流體物理學(xué)、微重力燃燒、航天員載人航天技術(shù)等，每一個(gè)領(lǐng)域的研究都能給地球上人類生活的健康發(fā)展帶來(lái)隱蔽性的好處。）

 For the example, one of the winners, by Dr.Twisha plans to leverage the unique micro-gravity conditions to test whether itcould help in reducing tumors. 研究院：What would you say about the development ofChina's manned spaceflight in recent years?（對(duì)于中國(guó)載人航天近幾年的發(fā)展如果要做一個(gè)評(píng)價(jià)的，您會(huì)怎么說(shuō)？）

  Ms.Simonetta Di Pippo：

The cooperation with China is extremely significant for UNOOSA. Theopportunity for teams from all over the world to compete to fly experiments onboard the future China’s space station which we launched with CNSA in 2018 is aunique example of international sodality in space.（與中國(guó)的合作對(duì)UNOOSA來(lái)說(shuō)意義非凡。來(lái)自世界各地的團(tuán)隊(duì)有機(jī)會(huì)在未來(lái)的中國(guó)空間站上進(jìn)行飛行實(shí)驗(yàn)。2018年，我們與中國(guó)國(guó)家航天局一起發(fā)射了未來(lái)的中國(guó)空間站，這是一個(gè)獨(dú)特的國(guó)際空間社交活動(dòng)的例子。）

Up to 42 applications received from organizations in 27 countries, 9winning teams were selected composed the participant from Belgium, China ,France, Germany, India, Italy, Japan, Kenya, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Peru, Poland, Saudi Arabia, Russia,Spain and Switzerland. The 9 countriesamong winners highlight the large international range in this project in justone cycle. All applications are carefully evaluated by a team around 60 expertsfrom UNOOSA，CNSA and theinternational community.（來(lái)自27個(gè)國(guó)家的42份申請(qǐng)中，9支優(yōu)勝隊(duì)伍被選出，分別來(lái)自比利時(shí)、中國(guó)、法國(guó)、德國(guó)、印度、意大利、日本、肯尼亞、墨西哥、荷蘭、挪威、秘魯、波蘭、沙特阿拉伯、俄羅斯、西班牙和瑞士。獲獎(jiǎng)的9個(gè)國(guó)家隊(duì)伍突出表明了該項(xiàng)目在一個(gè)周期內(nèi)的巨大國(guó)際影響力。來(lái)自聯(lián)合國(guó)外空司、中國(guó)國(guó)家航天局和國(guó)際社會(huì)的約60名專家對(duì)所有申請(qǐng)進(jìn)行了仔細(xì)評(píng)估。）

 The cooperation which will open the unique China space station.
